Qualifying Conditions for PPEC Services
Children with a wide range of medically complex conditions may qualify for PPEC services. A child does not need to have every condition listed below; a single qualifying diagnosis combined with a physician's prescription is typically sufficient to begin the enrollment process. Age Requirements
Elite PPEC serves children from birth until their 21st birthday. Whether your child is an infant, toddler, school-age, or teenager, our programs are designed to meet children at their developmental level and support them as they grow. Our staff is trained to care for children of all ages, and our facility includes age-appropriate spaces, equipment, and activities.
There is no minimum age requirement. Infants who are medically fragile can begin receiving PPEC services as soon as they are discharged from the hospital, provided they have a physician's prescription and active Medicaid coverage.
Florida Medicaid Coverage
Eligible, authorized PPEC services may be covered by Florida Medicaid. Eligibility, plan participation, covered services, transportation availability, and any family responsibility are verified individually before enrollment.

Gather Medical Records

Can my child attend school and PPEC?
