Free Assessment
Our nursing director will conduct a comprehensive intake assessment to understand your child's unique medical needs and create a personalized care plan.
Docs & Approval
We handle the paperwork! Our team will gather required documents and submit everything to Medicaid for prior authorization. We'll guide you through every step.

Once approved, your child joins our family! We'll set up transportation, finalize the care plan, and begin providing exceptional care.
